those non-traveling weekends in deustchland...

I wanted to share a few pictures and things that Nick & I have been up to while staying in Hamburg during the weekend or adventures that we have had during the week! This post will highlight Germany and things that we have got to do while we are not traveling! Most of this post will just be some pictures for you guys to enjoy! We have had adventures from apple picking outside of Hamburg, to celebrating Halloween with all our friends, to going to watch the professional Bundesliga soccer team [HSV] play at their gorgeous stadium. We've gotten to eat a ton of amazing food as well. It's been a great last few months checking out this amazing city! Please check out all of the pictures below.
labskaus, the most traditional Hamburg dish...ever! i did not like it at all but of course nick is all about it!

The next few are of course selfies from a bunch of people we went to HofbrÀuhaus with this past Saturday. It's so nice to have some "down" weekends in Hamburg where we can connect with friends here and ensure that we appreciate the city we are living in. Cheers to living here almost six months!! ***EDIT: Matthew Miller (a dear friend of ours) took the pictures below when I went to the restroom, aka why I'm in none of them !
